Well this is our introduction, we are maintaining all types of accounting work on computer (including software) & manually and at the end of the month we are prepare the following reports:
1. Trading, Profit & Loss Account.
2. Balance Sheet.
3. Cash Flow statement (Net activities)
4. Bank Reconciliation statement.
5. Details of Account receivables (Trade Debtors)
6. Details of Account payable (Trade Creditors)
7. Sales Register (Trading businesses)
8. Purchase Register (Trading businesses)
9. Details of Expenses during the month.
Note: (TAX MATTERS IS NOT INCLUDE)

We produce a good service as well and our duration of working time on each client is 3.5 (3½ hours) daily and if the volume of work is light then we will visit alternate days, we have 4-5 years experience and charges will decide to see the volume of work.
